The Rotary lobe pumps is a cam double-rotor pump. The product uses two synchronously moving rotors. The rotor is driven by an external synchronous gearbox, and the rotor is rotated in the opposite direction by the drive shaft. There is no friction contact in the volume and the service life is very long. It is mainly used to transport high viscosity fluids (molasses, asphalt,etc.).

The high viscosity Rotary lobe pumps has two driving styles,one is v-belt drive,the other is geared motor drive. It has advantages of low rotation rate,high efficiency,small volume,big flow ,low consumed power,strong self priming ability,easy to operate and no oil drawing. It is widely used in carrying the oil and oil productsand transport various oil and liquid in plant,such as crude oil,paint,galss cement,oil-based acid, toothpaste and dilute alkali liquid ect. In food processing fields, delivering different liquid,such as bean sauce,barm,thin malt sugar etc. when load and unload the various tank truck and oiler, it could run forward and backward. It has characteristics of high speed,high efficiency and easy to operate.

The high viscosity Rotary lobe pumps with jacketed is added on the body of pump or end cover. It keeps the heat of work room of pump by using. The setam or the heat-conducting oil circulation,so it could provide convenience and good conditions for the continuous work and intermittent work of pump.
