Bitumen transfer pump & Jacketed Asphalt Pump

NYP series Bitumen transfer pump is similar to US viking pump, it is stable, pulseless, with small vibration and low noise. It also has a good self-priming ability, which is able to transfer high viscosity resin, ASPHALT CEMENT, Asphalt, polyurethane, ASPHALT EMULSIONS, poly-aether, polyethylene or some-thing similar. And there’s double jacket type, pump can get heated by heat steam, thermal oil,electrical heating.

Pump body material: Cast iron, ductile iron,carbon steel,stainless steel 304 or 316
Shaft sleeve material: cemented carbide,steel back of composite,（SiC）

Viscosity range:1-300000 cst

Max. medium temperature: 10- 250℃
