RCB heat preservation jacket gear pump is suitable for conveying non-corrosive, solid particles-free medium with solidification at room temperature. It is especially suitable for occasions where the medium needs to be insulated during outdoor installation and process in high and cold regions. The medium temperature can reach 250 °C, viscosity. It is 5~1500cst.

RCB heat pump gear pump pump body cover back cover is provided with hollow jacket, inlet and outlet flange. The pump is suitable for outdoor installation and process in the coagulation and cold regions at room temperature, where heat preservation is required. The medium such as steam, hot water and cold water heats, transports and cools the delivered liquid and pump. When the viscosity of the conveying medium is greater than 1500 CST, a speed reducer should be used.

The pump shaft end seal is designed in two forms: (1) mechanical seal (2) packing seal. Users can determine according to specific use conditions
