WRY series hot oil pump is the second generation product developed on the basis of digestion and absorption of foreign oil pump by our factory. The basic structure is single-stage single-suction cantilever foot support structure. The inlet of the pump is axial suction, the outlet is center-up vertically, and The motor is mounted on the base.

The support of WRY series hot oil pump adopts the structure of double-end ball bearing support. The front end is lubricated with lubricating oil, the rear end is lubricated with grease, and there is a guide oil pipe in the middle to observe the sealing condition and recover the heat transfer oil at any time.

Adopting the natural heat dissipation structure, the traditional water cooling structure is changed, the structure is simple, the volume is small, the operation cost is saved, the performance is good, and the use is reliable.

WRY series hot oil pump: (1) The combination of packing seal and mechanical seal, high temperature resistant packing for packing seal, good thermal adaptability, and mechanical seal with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance The alloy material guarantees the sealing performance under high temperature conditions.

(2) The third-generation PTFE (abbreviated as PTFE) is used for the lip seal, which makes the sealing performance leap. It is 25 times more reliable than the rubber seal and has strong corrosion resistance.
