KRS type high temperature hot water pump is a single-stage and single-suction two-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump, suitable for special working conditions such as metallurgy, power station, chemical industry, etc., used to transport high-pressure hot water below 400℃ without solid particles

Structure characteristics of KRS type high temperature hot water pump

KRS type high temperature hot water pump is mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, bearing body, pump body bracket, suspension, sealing parts, sealing ring, etc. The pump inlet is horizontal and axial. The outlet is vertically upward. The impeller has been checked for static balance and fixed on the shaft with an impeller nut and a shaft sleeve. The pump shaft is supported by a pair of single row radial thrust ball bearings and a single row radial ball bearing (or single row radial cylindrical roller). On the frame, the pump body is connected with the bearing body and the suspension by bolts. The pump is directly driven by the motor through the diaphragm coupling. From the transmission end, the pump rotates in a clockwise direction. The seal of the pump adopts floating seal ring seal, or adopts high temperature and high pressure resistant mechanical seal; the axial force of the pump is borne by single row centripetal thrust ball bearings, and some pumps use back blades or open balance holes on the impeller to balance the axial thrust ; Floating ring seal parts and suspension parts are equipped with cooling chambers, and the external cooling water volume is 0.5-1.0m3/h.

Suitable for special working conditions such as metallurgy, power station, plastic, rubber, textile, chemical industry, wood and paper making. Deliver hot water with a temperature below 400°C without solid particles. It is also an ideal pump for circulating hot water in various heating devices.
