What are the important components of the sealless magnetic pump?
The magnetic drive pump is composed of pump body, impeller, inner magnet steel, outer magnet steel, isolation sleeve, pump inner shaft, pump outer shaft, sliding bearing, rolling bearing, coupling, motor, base, etc. (some small magnetic pumps will The outer magnet is directly connected to the motor shaft, eliminating the need for pump outer shaft, rolling bearings and couplings).
1) Sliding bearing the inner shaft of the magnetic pump is supported by sliding bearings. Because the sliding bearing is lubricated by the conveying medium with poor lubricity, the sliding bearing should be made of materials with good wear resistance and self-lubricating properties. Commonly used bearing materials include silicon carbide ceramics, graphite, and filled PTFE.
2) Motor like a sealed pump, the motor adopts standard motors.
3) Coupling the coupling is the same as a sealed pump, using a flexible coupling.

Magnetic coupling the magnetic coupling is composed of inner magnetic steel (including guide ring and sheath), outer magnetic steel (including guide ring) and isolation sleeve, and is the core component of the magnetic pump. The structure of the magnetic coupling, the design of the magnetic circuit, and the materials of its parts are related to the reliability of the magnetic pump, the efficiency of the magnetic transmission and the life.
4) Inner magnet the inner magnetic steel and the guide ring are connected by adhesive. In order to isolate the inner magnetic steel from the medium, the outer surface of the inner magnetic steel must be covered with a sheath. There are two kinds of sheaths: metal and plastic. The metal sheath is welded and the plastic sheath is injection molded.
5) Outer magnet the outer magnet and the guide ring are connected by adhesive.
6) Isolation sleeve the isolation sleeve is also called a sealing sleeve, which is located between the inner and outer magnets, completely separates the inner and outer magnets, and the medium is enclosed in the isolation sleeve. The thickness of the isolating sleeve is related to the working pressure and operating temperature. Too thick increases the gap size between the inner and outer magnets, thereby affecting the efficiency of the magnetic transmission; too thin will affect the strength. There are two types of isolating sleeves: metal and non-metal. Metal isolating sleeves have eddy current loss, and non-metal isolating sleeves have no eddy current loss.
