Explosion-proof magnetic drive pump, as the name implies, is a pump with explosion-proof performance, which is mainly used for the transportation of corrosive liquids. Explosion-proof magnetic pump is a widely used pump among general equipment pumps. At present, explosion-proof magnetic drive pumps are widely used in the domestic market for corrosive liquid transportation, because of their advantages in a wide range of corrosion resistance and convenient maintenance and operation.
Preparation before installation:
1. Check the water pump and motor to confirm that there is no damage during transportation and loading and unloading.
2. Prepare tools and lifting machinery, and check the foundation of the machine.
Installation sequence:
1. When the whole set of pumps are delivered to the site, the motors have been installed. When leveling the base, it is not necessary to remove the pumps and motors.
2. Put the base on the foundation and prepare to fill it with concrete after leveling.
3. Use a spirit level to check the level of the base with the plane of the pump's discharge outlet. After leveling, install the anchor bolts and pour the anchor bolts with concrete.
4. Put the steel ruler on the coupling (up, down, front and back measurement), and check whether the axis lines of the pump and the motor coincide.
5. After the concrete for fixing the anchor bolts is completely dry, tighten the nuts of the anchor bolts, and then check the levelness of the whole unit. If there is a slight unevenness, use a wedge iron to level it.
6. Install the suction and outlet pipes. When the pipes are combined with the pump, be careful not to increase the weight and pressure of the pipes on the pump to avoid deformation of the pump. Three screw pump, twin screw pump, single screw pump, stainless steel single screw pump.
7. Clean up the environment and maintain hygiene.
