The high-temperature magnetic pump is used in the transportation of various acid and alkali liquids, and can transport various acid and alkali media such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, alkali, ammonia, and brine.
Method/Step
1. Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum gauge of the outlet pipe.
2. Jog the motor to see if the rotation direction of the motor is correct.
3. Turn on the motor. When the high-temperature magnetic pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump to see the proper pressure, then gradually open the gate valve, and check the motor load at the same time.
4. Try to control the flow and head of the high temperature magnetic pump within the range indicated on the label to ensure that the high temperature magnetic pump runs at a high efficiency point in order to obtain a large energy saving effect.
5. During the operation of the high temperature magnetic pump, the bearing temperature should not exceed 35C and the temperature should not exceed 80C.
6. If abnormal sound is found in the high temperature magnetic pump, stop and check the cause immediately.
7. To stop using the high temperature magnetic pump, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.
