Our's Stainless Steel Gear Pumps cover the broadest range of applications ever. Saiken pumps produces four separate series of Stainless Steel Gear Pumps: KCB-Series, YCB-Series, NYP-Series, 2CY-Series,Each series includes several models in order to suit your particular flow rate.
We offer as standard 304/316/316L Stainless Steel construction materials with Alloy optionally available. A variety of gear, bearing sleeve and shaft seal materials are available as standard to fit applications where high heat, corrosive fluids and higher pressure demand.
SS Gear pumps can be configured with packing, single or double mechanical seals or magnetic-drive. These options allow Liquiflo gear pumps to be specially engineered to handle many difficult chemicals - such as polymers, solvents, acids, caustics or other corrosive liquids.
Gear Pumps are available with several ancillary options and accessories. These include temperature control jackets, gear reducers, variable speed drives, relief valves.
