Hot oil pumps start preparation
(1) Clean up the site, unscrew the bearing seat screws, and add clean heat conduction oil as lubricating oil. When filling the lubricating oil of a large oil pump above 110KW, it is injected from one hole until the oil overflows in the other hole. During the filling process, the coupling is stroked by hand. When there is no more gas in the hole, the screw bolt can be tightened.
(2) Check whether the motor rotation direction is consistent with the pump rotation direction.
(3) The coupling pump should be rotated flexibly by hand.
(4) Before driving, the pump should be filled with the heat conduction oil delivered to drive off the air in the pump. At this time, the gate valve of the outlet pipe should be closed.
(5) The heat-conducting oil delivered must be heated evenly before starting. Preheating is carried out by the heat-conducting oil being conveyed through the pump body continuously. It is necessary to avoid drastic fluctuations in temperature. In case of abnormal conditions, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.
Preheating standard: the temperature of the pump casing should not be lower than the inlet oil temperature of 40 ℃, the preheating speed is 50 ℃ / hour, the side screws on the pump bracket should be loosened by 0.3-0.5 mm when the car is preheated, and the preheating should be completed Tighten the screws.
(6) Before starting, check the foundation and bolts for looseness and whether the seal is normal.
