Installation and use of CQB SS magnetic drive pump:
 
1. The pump should be installed horizontally instead of being erected. The plastic pump body must not bear the weight of the pipeline. For occasions with special requirements for vertical installation, the motor must face upwards.
 
2. When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump axis line, just open the suction pipe valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipeline needs to be equipped with a bottom valve.
 
3. Check before use. The motor blades should rotate flexibly, without jamming or abnormal noise, and all fasteners should be tightened.
 
4. Check whether the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the steering mark of the magnetic pump.
 
5. After the motor is started, slowly open the discharge valve. After the pump enters the normal working state, adjust the discharge valve to the required opening.
 
6. Before stopping work, close the discharge valve first, and then close the suction pipe valve.
 
Points to note when working CQB stainless steel magnetic pump:
 
1. Make preparations before overhauling and disassembling the stainless steel magnetic pump, understand the pump structure, read the relevant overhaul materials, understand the spare parts, prepare the necessary disassembly tools, and prepare the necessary safety protection tools.
 
2. The stainless steel magnetic pump should be overhauled by full-time personnel during the overhaul process, and the disassembly and assembly tools and safety protection equipment should be used correctly during the overhaul and disassembly process.
 
3. When the stainless steel magnetic pump is overhauled and disassembled, it must be handled with care and must not be disassembled forcibly, so as to avoid unnecessary equipment damage and personal injury.
 
4. The parts after disassembly and before assembly must be properly handled and kept to avoid damage and loss of stainless steel magnetic pump parts.
