Mainly think from the aspects of medium transport volume, equipment head, medium properties, pipeline placement and operating conditions.
 
  1, select according to the physical and chemical functional conditions of the conveying medium
 
  The physical and chemical functions of the conveying medium directly affect the function, data and structure of the pump, which is one of the main factors that need to be considered when selecting a model.
 
  The physical and chemical functions of the medium include: medium name, medium characteristics (such as corrosiveness, abrasiveness, toxicity, etc.), solid particle content and particle size, density, viscosity, vaporization pressure, etc. If necessary, the gas content in the medium should be listed, and it should be clarified whether the medium is easy to crystallize.
 
  2, select according to technical parameters
 
  Technical parameters are the most important basis for the selection of magnetic pumps, and should be determined steadily according to the technical process and operation scale. For example, flow and head are one of the main technical parameters of pump selection, which are directly related to the production capacity and transportation capacity of all equipment.
 
   (1) Flow rate Q Flow rate refers to the amount of medium requested by the pump during the production of technical equipment. The technician should give the normal minimum and maximum flow.
 
   Pump data sheet usually only gives normal flow and extra flow. When selecting a magnetic pump, the requested additional flow rate is not less than the maximum flow rate of the equipment, or 1.1~1.15 times the normal flow rate.
 
  (2) Head H value The head value required by technical equipment, also known as the calculated head. Usually, the extra head of the pump is required to be 1.05~1.1 times the required head of the equipment.
 
  (3) Inlet pressure and outlet pressure The inlet and outlet pressure refer to the pressure at the inlet and outlet flanges of the pump. The size of the inlet and outlet pressure affects the pressure requirements of the shell and shaft seal (barrier sleeve).
 
  (4) Temperature T refers to the temperature of the inlet medium of the pump. Normally, the normal, minimum and maximum temperature values ​​of the inlet medium of the magnetic pump should be given.
 
  (5) Equipment NPSH NPSHa is also called useful NPSH.
 
  (6) Operating conditions Operating conditions are divided into continuous operation and intermittent operation.
 
   3. Select according to the site conditions of the magnetic pump
 
   Magnetic drive pump site conditions include:
 
  (1) Installation orientation (indoor, outdoor, plateau, seaside);
 
  (2) Ambient temperature;
 
  (3) Relative humidity;
 
  (4) Atmospheric pressure;
 
  (5) Atmospheric corrosion;
 
   (6) Classification of risk areas.
 
  4. Choose according to the pipeline installation conditions of the system
 
The pipeline installation conditions of the system refer to some data such as the height, interval and direction of the conveyed liquid, the lowest liquid level on the suction side, the highest liquid level on the discharge side, and some data and pipeline standards and their length, data, pipe fitting standards, quantity, etc., in order to carry out the system lift Accounting and verification of cavitation margin.
 
   5. Select according to operating conditions
