2. 3. If the belt is driven by a belt, after removing the belt, wash it with warm water and dry it, then hang it in a dry place without direct sunlight, and do not store it in a place with oil, corrosion and smoke. Under no circumstances should the belt be stained with oily substances such as engine oil, diesel or gasoline, rosin and other sticky substances.
4. Check the ball bearing, if the inner jacket is worn, moved, the ball is worn or the surface has spots, it should be replaced. For the available gasoline or kerosene that does not need to be replaced, clean the bearing, apply butter, and reinstall it.
5. Check whether the gear of the oil pump has cracks or small holes, and whether the fixing nut of the gear is loose. If it is damaged, it should be repaired or replaced. If the gears are too worn or damaged, they should generally be replaced with new ones.
6. The pump shaft with serious bending or wear should be repaired or replaced, otherwise it will cause the imbalance of the rotor and the wear of related parts.
7. Soak the removed screws in diesel oil and clean them with a wire brush, apply oil or butter, and re-install them or wrap them in plastic sheets and put them away (it can also be immersed in diesel oil for preservation) to avoid corrosion or loss.
