1. Asphalt pump is equipped with mechanical sealing device for cooling water. Before starting the machine, the cooling water should be turned on first, then the pump should be opened, and the cooling water should be observed regularly. It is strictly forbidden to run without cooling water.
Reminder: The asphalt pump should be cleaned of filters and filters every month for one year after installation to avoid blockage and cause the pump to fail to operate normally. Try to avoid using Y-type pipe filters (Y-type pipe filters have an effective area that is too small, affecting the flow rate of the feed medium, causing the pump to vibrate).
2. When transporting high-solidification medium, the asphalt pump should dilute the medium in the gear pump before stopping the pump to prevent solidification in the high-viscosity residual pump. If necessary, please use the cleaning solution and rinse it through the pump. 10 minutes.

5. Always check the gearbox oil mirror of the high-viscosity gear pump. If there is no oil surface, you need to add oil. The fuel quantity is half of the oil mirror.
6. If there is a small amount of metal impurities in the conveying medium of the asphalt pump, a magnetic filter should be installed in front of the inlet pipe.
