The control performance and method automatically start/stop the operation of the stainless steel gear pump according to the water level of the sump, real-time monitoring of various status parameters in operation, and upload the data to the ground control room through the interface.
According to the monitored water level signal, low water level\operating water level and 3 upper limit water level signals and dangerous water level can be set. The pump stops when the water level is low; the stainless steel gear pump runs when the water level is high; and the spare stainless steel gear pump is put into operation according to the upper limit water level. Run at the same time; start the stainless steel gear pump when the water level is dangerous. At the same time, calculate the water inflow according to the water level change. When the water inflow increases or change suddenly, start the stainless steel gear pump to reduce the occurrence of water inrush accidents.

If the pressure of the stainless steel gear pump does not reach the set value within the time after the electric gate valve is opened, the system will automatically stop the operation of the stainless steel gear pump and close the electric gate valve and alarm at the same time.
