The user must strictly follow the startup procedure when starting the KCB stainless steel gear pump, so as to effectively avoid problems with the KCB SS gear pump and prolong the service life of the KCB stainless steel gear pump.
1. Before installing the KCB stainless steel gear pump motor, turn on the power to check the direction of rotation, and it must be consistent with the specified direction of rotation of the pump.
2. Install the motor on the KCB gear pump, rotate the coupling, check whether the pump shaft and the motor can be concentric, whether the rotation is uneven, and then run normally.
3. KCB stainless steel gear pump closes the outlet pipe valve and pressure gauge.
4. Start the motor of KCB stainless steel gear pump and open the outlet valve to the necessary position as indicated by the pressure gauge.
5. The KCB stainless steel gear pump stops normally. The outlet valve should be closed, then the motor should be stopped and the pressure gauge should be closed.
6. The bearing chamber of KCB stainless steel gear pump should be filled with sufficient grease, and the temperature rise of the bearing should not be higher than 70℃.
