If it is found that the gear pump does not come in during the main engine debugging, first check whether the rotation direction of the industrial gear pump is accurate. Gear pump manufacturers have left and right rotation points. If the direction of rotation is wrong, the pressure oil generated by the volume difference generated when the inner gear meshes can flush the oil seal. In addition, check whether the oil filter at the oil inlet end of the industrial gear pump is blocked, which will make it difficult or impossible to absorb oil, and cause the oil suction hose to be flattened. 2. The oil seal is flushed out (1) The industrial gear pump rotates in the wrong direction. When the rotation direction of the pump is wrong, the high-pressure oil will be directly connected to the oil seal. Since the ordinary low-pressure skeleton oil seal can only withstand a pressure of 0.5 MPa at most, the oil seal will be flushed out. (2) Bearings of industrial gear pumps are subjected to axial force. The axial force produced is often related to the tight fit between the shaft extension end of the gear pump and the coupling sleeve, that is, when the pump is installed, the pump is hit with a hammer or the installation screw is hard pulled to subject the pump shaft to a backward axial force. When the pump shaft rotates, this backward axial force will force the loss of the pump to increase. Because the inside of the industrial gear pump is tightly sealed according to the section of the gear and the section of the shaft sleeve, when the axial seal end face loss is serious, the axial seal inside the pump will produce a certain interval, resulting in the communication of high and low pressure oil chambers. Make the oil seal flush out. This situation occurs more frequently in the dump truck industry, mainly due to the irregular size of the coupling sleeve on the main engine. (3) Industrial gear pumps experience too much radial force. If the coaxiality of the industrial gear pump is not good when installed, the radial force on the pump will exceed the endurance limit of the oil seal, and the oil seal will leak. At the same time, it will cause damage to the floating bearing inside the pump. 3. Can not create pressure or pressure is not enough. This phenomenon is mostly related to the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil. If the oil is selected incorrectly or the cleanliness of the oil cannot meet the standard requirements, it will accelerate the internal wear of the pump and cause the leakage. Therefore, mineral hydraulic oil that is rich in additives should be used to prevent oil oxidation and gas bubbles. The oil viscosity standard is (16~80)×10-6m2/s, the filtration accuracy is: the input oil path is less than 60цm. After paying attention to the shaft sleeve and side plate of the faulty gear pump, it is found that if the cleanliness of each oil is poor, it will cause significant groove marks on the surface of the friction pair, and the normal wear and tear of the gear pump sealing surface will only produce symmetrical surface marks . 4. The flow rate cannot reach the standard (1) The oil inlet filter element is too dirty and insufficient oil absorption. (2) The installation height of the pump is farther than the self-priming height of the pump. (3) The oil suction pipe of the gear pump manufacturer is too thin to make the oil suction resistance large. Generally, the maximum oil absorption flow rate is 0.5~1.5m/s. (4) Air leakage at the suction port joint makes the oil pump insufficient. By paying attention to whether there are bubbles in the fuel tank, you can determine whether the system is leaking. 5. Gear pump explosion aluminum alloy material The pressure resistance of the gear pump is 38~45MPa. Under the precursor of its non-manufacturing defects, the gear pump manufacturer's explosion must be caused by instantaneous high pressure. (1) The oil outlet pipeline is blocked by foreign matter, causing the pressure to rise infinitely. (2) The pressure adjustment of the safety valve is too high, or the opening and closing characteristics of the safety valve are poor, and the response is lagging, so that the industrial gear pump cannot be protected. (3) If the system uses a multi-way reversing valve to control the direction, some multi-way valves may have a negative opening, which will cause the gear pump to be damaged due to the dead point boost. 6. Fever (1) The system is overloaded, which is mainly reflected in excessive pressure or speed. (2) The cleanliness of the oil is poor, the internal loss is aggravated, the volumetric efficiency is reduced, and the oil leaks from the internal compartment and generates heat. (3) The oil outlet pipe is too thin and the oil flow rate is too high. The ordinary oil flow rate is 3-8m/s.
