1) The following items should be checked for the first start of the insulation asphalt pump after installation:
①Whether the valves on the inlet and outlet pipelines are open;
②Whether the rotation direction of the pump is correct (the pump is clockwise from the perspective of the motor)
③Pay attention to whether the value of the outlet pressure gauge of the pump is within the specified technical specifications; ④Pay attention to whether there is abnormal noise or overheating in the movement of the pump.
2) If the seal of the thermal insulation asphalt pump leaks, please evenly tighten the bolts or nuts on the sealing gland, but be careful not to adjust too tightly to avoid violent heat generation. Reduce the use of the pump shaft and sealing ring.
