The pressure of the gear pump is ultimately reflected by the lift. In theory, as long as the strength of the gear pump and the energy of the drive equipment are sufficient, the infusion can reach any height. However, since there is a certain gap between the gear and the pump body (the gap between the inner side of the pump casing is 0.04~0.1mm and the radial clearance is 0.1~0.15mm), when the lift is increased to a certain extent, liquid backflow occurs. The lift is reduced, that is, the pressure drops. Therefore, there is no reason for the pressure, and any increase in the side gap and the radial gap is the cause of no pressure.
Check the relief valve. The oil temperature is low, the viscosity is high, and the pressure is high. When the temperature rises, the viscosity decreases and the pressure drops. When the relief valve is adjusted, the problem may be solved. If the set value is not correct, the relief valve will be relieved when a certain pressure is reached, so that the customer thinks that the pressure is not reached, and the relief valve setting value is actually improper. When the customer selects the type, if there are special requirements for the pressure, we must give us the pressure value you requested when ordering. We can adjust the pressure relief value of the relief valve to the level you need. It is important to thoroughly check the oil path where the gear pump is located and check the instrument.
