The scope and use of the product:
MD type wear-resistant multi-stage centrifugal pump for coal mine is a kind of wear-resistant multi-stage centrifugal pump which is improved on the basis of multi-stage clear water centrifugal pump used in D-type coal mine. It adopts the hydraulic model of high-efficiency energy-saving products recommended by the state, which has the advantages of high efficiency, performance range light, safe and stable operation, low noise, long service life and convenient installation and maintenance.
The medium temperature of the MD type coal mine wear-resistant multi-stage centrifugal pump is not higher than 80 °C. This series of pumps is used for mine drainage, pumping solid water with a solid particle content of no more than 1.5% (particle diameter not less than 0.5mm), a temperature below 80 °C, or a liquid with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water.
The pump inlet allows a pressure of less than 0.6 MPa.
