The magnetic drive pump is strictly forbidden to extract media with particles; 7. In order to prevent debris from entering the pump, it should be installed at the inlet The filter area should be 3-4 times larger than the cross-sectional area of the pipeline; 8. A check valve should be installed on the outlet pipeline of the pump with high lift to prevent sudden shutdown of water hammer. 9. The installation height of the pump must be ensured Comply with the steam turbidity margin of the pump, and consider the pipeline loss and medium temperature; 10. When the temperature is too high, cooling measures should be taken to prevent the static ring of the mechanical seal from cracking. 11. Before driving, fill the pump with the liquid to be delivered (if the pump is sucking up), close the outlet valve, and connect the power supply; 12. Turn on the power supply and check whether the rotation of the pump is correct; 13. Open the outlet slowly Adjust the valve to the required performance point, and test run the unit for 5-10 minutes. If there is no abnormal phenomenon, it can be put into operation; 14. When stopping, close the outlet valve first, and then cut off the power supply; 15. Regularly check the pump and motor , Replace vulnerable parts; 16. When the pump is not in use for a long time, the flow channel in the pump should be clear and the power supply should be cut off. 17. Dry operation is strictly prohibited.
