This new type of Electric Operated Diaphragm Pump (EOD PUMP) has been widely applied to such industries as petrochemical, ceramic and metallurgy because breakthrough progress has been made on diaphragm material. Its features are requiring no water filling and strong self-sucking capacity.

Pump size: 06=1/4 inch; 10=3/8 inch; 15=1/2 inch; 20=3/4 inch; 25=1 inch; 40=1.5 inch;50=2 inch; 80=3 inch; 100=4 inch; 125=5 inch.
Motor utilizes reduction gearbox to drive the diaphragms on piston shaft of left and right sides move back and forth. The motion of upper and lower four non-return ball valve diaphragms installed inside the two left and right pump chambers causes the volume inside working chamber to change, forces four non-return ball valves alternately opened and closed so as to continuously suck and exhaust liquids. Electric diaphragm pump is appropriate for low pressure occasions.
With electric-operated diaphragm pumps (EOD), electrical energy generated by a small electric motor attached to the pump causes the pumping action of the diaphragm. During operation, a cam system converts circular motion into linear motion and drives the up-and-down plunging motion of the diaphragm. EOD pumps usually have 3/8", 1/2" or 3/4" 1" 2" 3" 4" 5" inlet and outlet ports, and flow rates that range from 12.8 to 480 LPM. The pumps develop pressures ranging from a minimum of 40m to a maximum of 70 m.
Select the Diaphragm Correctly
The diaphragm is a major part of this diaphragm pump and correct selection of the diaphragm can get twice the result with half the effort. The users shall note nature of their working medium in their orders so as to provide appropriate diaphragms. Generally the diaphragms include the following types:
1. Butyronitrile diaphragm, mainly for oil-proof applications.
2. Neoprene 5031#, specially made by our company, mainly for resistance to acetone and different kinds of acid and alkaline.
3. Fluorine rubber 6021#, specially made by our company, mainly for high temperature 150℃ and resistance to methylbenzene and corrosion, but more expensive than other diaphragm types.
4. Food rubber, exclusively for transportation of food and beverage.
